2008 Middletown Recreation Council Scholarship Winners Sean Wiles, Elizabeth Michels and Ellen Tworkoski

Each year, Middletown Recreation Council awards scholorships in the amount of $1000.00 per student to select Middletown High School Students. Qualified applicants must be in the 11th grade with a passing GPA at the time of the application submission. This year's application is for the graduating class of 2009.
